Election reform

Ted has worked on the four pillars of election reform: financing, redistricting, election integrity, and the structure of the election system itself. His current, most far reaching reform, if successful, might change national politics by adding Arizona to California and Washington State successful shift to an Open Non-Partisan Primary - where Congressmen are elected by all the people, not just their highly partisan voters.
